Can someone tell me how it's done. Do you use the same type of relaxer you previously used and re-apply only on the underproccesed parts? Or do you apply to new growth and underpro. parts? I'm asking cause I relaxed in Dec. and the roots were straight but the middle part of my strands were not. I was afraid of overlapping so I didn't bring the relaxer down the shaft enough.

TIA

It might be best to get a professional to do it for you, that way she will only relax the underprocessed parts. I think you can use the same relaxer, but they usually wash it off sooner. I have never done corrective relaxer, So someone might be able to help you much better. I usually just wait it out, then relax. good luck.
