Cornrow Wearers...Whats your regimen?

I am transitioning and I had my last relaxer in October of last year! and I have decided to start putting cornrows in
my hair since I kno how to do them!

I get my hair pressed every two months and I want to do cornrows in between my presses.
What is your regimen while in braids? and how often do you take breaks from the braids?
