I've seen a couple of threads on texlaxing lately, but nothing step by step and I think I need ALLLL the details before I try. I've been transitioning since last April with weaves and I'm kinda getting tired of it. I feel like I need to be working on my real hair now. The only problem is, I still have relaxed ends, I didn't BC. Should I or can I texlax when I have about 4-5 inches of natural hair and permed ends. How does that work. I'm just sick of the tangles, it takes me a minimum of 5 hours to do my natural/permed ends hair. I just need sonething to "cut" these roots!!! Please help.

You could try relaxing your natural hair and cover your relaxed hair in vaseline or neutralizing shampoo or something like that. Then slowly trim away your relaxed ends.
