Conservative protective styles

I'm about to start work at an investment bank, which are known to have very conservative atmospheres. For the past year I've been avoiding all forms of heat and wearing my hair in large twist outs, but I'm not sure that will fly at the office. Anyone have any ideas/photos of conservative protective styles? (If this topic has already been posted, please let me know! ) My hair is between shoulder and APL.

I've resigned myself to the idea of bunning, but with the length of my hair I can't figure out how to make them interesting. Thanks for the replies!

Can't go wrong with a bun or ponytail. Even in braids you can do the bun or ponytail

Buns and if you want it bigger stuff it with the 99 cent hair thats what I do if I want a big bun.....
