Confused about Biotin dosages

Hi guys,
I'm a bit confised about Biotin dosages. I remember back in the day Bargello talking about taking 3600mcg/day of biotin and them later on switching to the "Mega Biotin" by Cardiovascular Research that is 7500mcg. Recently I have heard you guys speak of taking Biotin in mgs. Some of you have mentioned taking Biotin from 5-10 mgs. Do you mean mcg? Or are you really taking up to 10 mgs of biotin!?
If so which brands are you buying that comes in mgs? Please advise. Thanks.

Metric units of Mass:
1 kilogram (kg)= 1,000 grams (g)
1 g = 1,000 milligrams (mg)
1mg = 1,000 micrograms (mcg)

Metric Units of Capacity
1 liter (L) = 1,000 milliliters (mL)

Customary Units of Capacity
8 fluid ounces (fl oz) = 1 cup
2 cups = 1 pint (pt)
2 pints = 1 quart (qt)
4 quarts = 1 gallon (gal)

This was on an msm thread. It is a little more detailed but I thought it would be beneficial anyways.

Thanks you guys.
I have such a bad math head, and metrics?
"Fa ged da bout it"!
As an ex "Garmento" (NYC Fashion Industry type) I can look at someone and tell you their measurements, size and proportions almost to the quarter inch, but ask me to make simple household mathematical conversions and I'm "toast" /images/graemlins/ohwell.gif

Thanks again!
