Conditioner Washes From Now On!

I was just wondering if I could “permanently” use the Conditioner wash on a daily basis would that be okay instead of shampooing (which I heard can strip hair of it’s natural oils no matter what kind you use)? And maybe I could shampoo as a clarification purposes only once a month or so. I ask because I really love the c/o washes and it gives me shine and luster that I have never had with my hair before. What is your thought on this?

Yes, you can permanently do conditioner washes.
You don't need to use shampoo at all, even to
clarify. You can use apple cider vinegar for that.
I only use shampoo (neutralizing) when I texturize my hair.
That's it. It's been about 20 months now. Works for me!

Yes, I'm a convert to CO only washes forever. I ACV every time I CO wash. I do use a regular shampoo (therappe) about 5 days before relaxing when I do "hardcore" protein and then again about 5 days after relaxing to get the chemical smell out of my hair. And of course, the stylist uses neutraling shampoo for the touchup. That's it -- just around my touch time. . .

It's been a year and I still do CO washes. I prefer it over shampooing with a regular shampoo. I would do shampoos once a month preferably with a non-detergent shampoo though. But other than that, I'll stick with conditioner and ACV rinses.
