conditioner vs moisturizer

I would like to know this too, I use Silken Child moisturizer as both a leave in and deal moisturizing treatment and it leaves my hair feeling great.
... sorry a lil background. I was browsing the Keep It Simple Sista website and saw her review on nuetrogena triple moisturizer. .. which i have used ever since i saw great reviews on this forum. anyhow.. she said it is better as a moisturizer than a leave in conditioner.. which lead me to my question... do you only put conditioners on when the hair is wet?
