CON Conditoner users

I have a sample of Creme of Nature Conditioner that one of the girls on this board gave me. Unfortunately, however, I do not have the directions. How long am I supposed to leave it on? With heat or without heat?

The bottle says:
Leave on hair for 5 minutes. For deep conditioning, cover hair with plastic cap and leave on for 10 minutes.
