Coloring Gray Hair

Can anyone recommend something to color hair that is 20% gray? My mom has natural hair that she wears in braid extensions. She also has a very sensitive scalp. Is there a way to "highlight" the gray hair (just color the gray strands)?

Is that a permanent color?

It is a demi color. Frequent washing will fade it out .
