Hay, I just ordered some coconut oil pills to ingest. I was just wondering has anyone every used coconut oil pills in their vitamin regime and did it make any difference?:grin:
 
I do. I use them along with flaxseed and it makes a world of difference especially in the winter.:yep::yep:
