Co-Washing??

I dont mean to sound SLOW or anything but what is co-washing?

co-washing = CW = condition washing. It involves applying conditioner to hair and then rinsing it out. When you CW, you don't use shampoo. You use conditioner in lieu of shampoo.

Some people CW by using conditioner exactly like they would shampoo. Applying it to scalp and hair. I only apply to my hair as I don't see what good it would do on my scalp. I don't CW exclusively though; I do shampoo my hair at least once or twice a week.
