co-washing???

hello ladies!!!!

can someone please tell me what the difference between a a regular wash and co washing???

i am still new. also, there are a lot of abbreviations on this site. is there a listing that shows what they all mean. example....it took me a minute before i knew HTH means hope this helps.

CO wash...washing with conditioners only( no shampoo)...not as harsh on hair...VO5 or Suave, something cheap works good...HTH
