CO WASHES

I JUST STARTED THE CO WASHES AND I AM FINDING A LOT OF HAIR IN THE COMB. IS THIS NORMAL AND IF SO HOW LONG DOES THIS GO ON? ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Also, what kind of conditioner are you using?

Luvmyhair, I find it easier to comb my hair while rinsing out the conditioner under the strength of the shower spray. Sometimes I'll comb with the conditioner and then rinse. Either way, I use a seamless comb so my hair will not snag. HTH.

Also you can be over mositurizing your hair ( too soft). You hair needs some elasticity and resistant. Try a protein treament or protein deep condition. Balance is key

I am using a detaining comb and lustrasilk cholesterol creme conditioner.
