I am about to put in a clear rinse by Adore. On the bottle it says to process with heat for about 15 minutes. Do I really have to use heat? When I get rinses at my salon the colorist never puts me under a dryer.

I've never done a clear rinse, and it's been awhile since I've rinsed my hair, but I did a search. Tracy said that you need to use heat for 10 minutes and let your hair cool for 5 minutes then rinse out the rinse with water and shampoo. Non stripping poo though. HTH

Thanks for that info. I tried multiple searches using different words and got nothing.
