I'm going to be a buzzkill right now. This is just my opinion. The OP's hair is lovely, but I'm not impressed because she is a hair unicorn.

I used to set myself up with these type of vids setting unrealistic goals on my hair journey, thinking, "If she can grow from bald to 6,000 inches in 30 days why can't I?"

Well, for one, we all know the average growth rate per month is 1/2 inch give or take. I get around 1/2 inch, including a growth spurt in the spring/summer and stunted growth in the winter. Hair Unicorns like in the OP, HairCrush, Claws G'Law, JeweJeweBee, etc all ranging from 2 to 4 hair have the above average growth rate ( 1 inch +) which remains constant through Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall.

I like to stick with members with regular growth rate, or a growth rate I know I can attain. I know I can get around 6 inches in a year. Setting myself up is when I'm a donkey with a orange cone on my head striving to unicorn territory

Totally agree with you.
I prefer to keep my goals and hair inspirations realistic to my own hair type.
I used to be disappointed on my hair due to watching ladies with different hair than mine.
So nowadays I am happy for them but can't never idolise their hair.
Thank God for my own fine hair.
