Clarifying Shampoo, how often?

I think that I'm in need of a clarifying shampoo, however, I wanted to know how often do you use them, and what do you follow them with?????? THANX!

i use mine (pantene) about once a month. i wash once or twice to make sure all the buildup is gone, then i follow with my cream of nature to put some moisture back in my hair. then i use my st. ives or my motions protein treatment. i'm happy with this routine.

I have justed started using clarifying shampoo. I will probadly do it every time I wash than follow with moisturizing shampoo (Elucence).

I use a clarifying shampoo about once a month. I follow it up with Pantene Smooth & Sleek Conditioner.

I use one at least once a week. I follow up with a regular conditioner.
