Chunk Highlights.........???

Has anyone ever done these at home, or know how to do them? It's probably a stretch but I really like the way they look but I would want to do them myself.

I went to someone to do them about a year ago and she didn't do them right at all...Can anyone offer help??

I thought I just recently read that a member here had some damage from Chunks. Her hair was relaxed though. Do a search and you should find it.
