It's sometimes hard to meet a God-loving man in todays world.
Do you guys have suggestions on where to meet some men who are about something?

Get involved in different groups at church or your community. You never know, you may meet a nice Christian man either in the group you join or maybe through another person that you meet. Network!

we are trying to start single ministry at my church and are planning a singles day next year ...

yeah, I just moved to the Chicago area about 2 months ago, and the singles ministry for my age at my church is pretty much non-existant. I wish I knew of somewhere I could go and just chill around positive God-loving people. Anyone else???

I have considered go to sporting events, men typically like sports, so that might be a good place, that was what a Christian married woman suggested to me.

That would be perfect, because a brother who really likes baseball, might be one worth meeting, my ex used to play and he is a pretty cool dude. I would drive down to Houston (where my ex lives anywhoo) and check out some of the action myself, but I am looking forward to the Allstar Game down there. (-:
