Chicago and suburbs ladies-know any great trimmers/Dusters?

Hi ladies-

I want to start of my new year with more even ends but I don't want to lose a lot of progress. Can anyone suggest any good hairdressers in the Chicago/land area that can dust or rather trim my hair to make it more even without taking to much hair? Or should I just go to my local supercuts? I just have a hard time trimming myself which leads to more uneven hair. erplexed

Thanx short dub-I typically wear it in its natural state in a bun--I just don't want to cry when I get up from the chair-

ok because i know of someone that caters to natural her in Glenwood. i just got to find her card. she didn't do my hair, but i watched her and asked a few questions. she moves quickly too. i was getting my hair straightened and it ended up not reverting back. i called the shop to ask her for advice and she was very helpful and told me what might work to get my hair back in order. basically the same stuff people have shared on this board and others. she told me she knew that too much heat was being applied to my hair (she did speak up too when i was at the shop) and that my hair didn't require all of that. i hope she is still there because it has been awhile.
