If your hair is relaxed 4a/b or natural, did it get your hair straight? Did you have to go over a section over and over?

i'm natural and chi got my hair straight!! i did however, give it to my mom and got the fhi! LOVES that:grin:
also the chi kind of started snagging my hair. fhi really has a smooth flat surface for gliding on the hair

I bought a CHI after my FHI iron broke and was very disappointed:perplexed, i took that thing back to the store ASAP! I am getting another FHI.

4a/b slightly texturized and that would be NO!!! My maxiglide (W/O comb/teeth attachment) works for me at a setting of 3.5 or 4.

I gave my chi iron away..it didn't work for me..doesn't get hot enough...FHI works like a charm

Okay, y'all convinced me. That expensive thing is going back. I'm probably going to try to get the FHI, Sedu, or Maxiglide without Teeth. How much does the FHI cost?

CHI original iron is a staple in my hair care I use it on natural or relaxed clients along with the SILK THERAPY, the shine and feel is wonderful, IT DOES HAVE TO BE THE ORIGINAL CHI....FOR ME..:grin:

I have a cheap ole andis I got from wal mart for 20 bucks it wouked pretty good for me. I rarely use it any more but I do have a FHI on my wish list. I use to have a conair wet/dry flat iron and it burned a huge lock of my hair off.

I want an FHI because when I go to my hair stylist that is what he uses and my hair is soooo beautiful, soft and bouncy:shocked:. I've heard good things about the CHI also but I've never tried.

depending on where and how you buy it, they run from $60-$125ish. i'm willing to say an average cost for one from a professional distributor runs about $100. dont hold me to it because i really cant remember because i get a discount with my friend.
