Chi Ionic dryer owners

I don't have this dryer but my best friend does...I bought a Revlon Ionic Dryer (model RV484) at Target for 19.99. I've used both, and I haven't noticed any difference between the two. I say save the money and get the Revlon. As far as ion dryers living up to the hype...they do and then some. My drying time is a fraction of what it used to be, frizzy hair is a thing of the past, my hair is much softer and it's shiny even without any product in it. I say it's well worth the investment, but there is no need to buy the top of the line brand. The Revlon works just as well. I astually prefer it because it has a removable dust filter and is make cleaning it a snap.
