I found it to be very informative regarding practical steps in taking care of long hair. I have natural 4a/b hair and after shampooing to detangle can be disastrous. The way they suggest to detangle your hair is not something "new" but I appreciate the other items they suggest can be used to detangle long hair. I will try this method tonight.

Sorry, I found the site and it said [email protected]. It's the International long hair site. I guess you're right, it really is www.longhair.org. I just bookmarked it, anyway nice information.
