Yes another one of those threads lol her hair looks sooo soft and healthy and her shrinkage is amazing! I can tell she takes really good care of her hair. I've never tried detangling with an oil but she's making me want to give it a try lol. Her comb just glides through her hair.

I love her hair as well. But what's up with YT describing what I call 4b hair as 4C? Am I missing something or is this just me being used to Andre's Hair typing system and maybe YT uses Lois's system or some other system? I mean if you say 4b hair to me, my mind goes to this hair type (and mine as well) what's up with the extra letters?

What would be her hair type? She has little to no pattern. Is this the 4c (4 cloud/cotton) type. I love her hair and always thought this is what my hair would be like once I chopped, but no. I do remember my hair looking like hers as a child though...interesting & lovely. I want to touch her hair soooo bad. Lol

I'm guessing that she is a 4c but I don't really know. Her hair was truly cottony, i don't think i've seen that before to where i can really say i know how cottony hair looks. Amazing.

I'm one of those people. I just changed my mind last night when I saw her YT video and some others.

I'm 4B and my hair looks nothing like that so I guess 4C really does exist.

i've always wanted hair like hers. i've seen it a lot and used to want mine to be like that. trust, hair type like this is ALWAYS super duper soft. i think that's the thing i envied the most since my hair is coarse and i've only recently found something that made it soft for more than a few hours (WEN!!).

Wow, I don't think I have seen shrinkage like that before. Her hair has instant wow factor from that alone. You'd never know she had all that hair with that much shrinkage going on. I like her shampoo/conditioning technique of keeping her hair in twists. I might have to try that.

She is my exact hair twin, similar length-wise as well - here's a pic after i had blow dried the day before, and it had shrunk back up.

Not sure why everyone is loving the shrinkage - I think it's a pain in the arse, cos your hair always looks way shorter than it is. Also means your hair needs so much heat to get straight and then shrivels up 2 seconds after you straighten it.

But on the flip side it's nice to see how shocked people get about the length when you stretch it - especially white people.

I classify my hair type as 4c cos when I see some people's 4b i'm like - My hair aint like that!
