THE PRICE AND SHIPPING MOST PLACES I'VE SEEN THE SHIPPING IS ALMOST THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE OIL THE ONLY HEALTH FOOD TYPE STORE WE HAVE IS GNC SO I CAN'T GET IT LOCALLY

this is what i did. i live in Louisiana.

-went to my nearest whole foods store/organic food store
-asked them to order NOW Virgin Coconut Oil (cold pressed, food grade). this is the real thing, no heating, no refining, no hexane, just good ol oil!
-i paid 7.19 for 12 ounces of this stuff.

COULD I TRY THIS AT A GROCERY STORE? DO GORCERY STORE SELL UNEREFINE COCONUT OIL? THE ONLY STORES WE HAVE OUT HERE IS GNC TARGET AND CUB FOODS(GORCERY STORE CHAIN)
