Changing Default Time

does anyone know how to do this? I am in the Central time zone.

Under my home then go into edit display preferences

There is something that says server time, type in the number of hours different. So if it reads 12:36 and it is really 3:36, put the number 3 in the space and it will change.

Ok, let me get this straight. Mine says "0" right now, but it is really 6:40 pm. So I type in 6???

If you make a post at 5pm (your time) but on the thread it shows up as 3pm.... then you put a '2' in the server time and it will advance the time of all the threads 2 hours... which should correesond with your time zone.
