Summer will give you an added boost. Protein rich diet and water are great suggestions you have already been given, I co-sign with that because I know it works.
Co-signing on the cardio! I would increase to 5-6 times a week. What gives me an added boost is applying Mega-Tek to my scalp, then doing cardio. I swear my hair is growing like a weed! Oh, and plenty of water too! Good luck!
