Does anyone know what this is? I saw a persons FB pic and she is a stylist who did this on some hair. It looks GREAT!!!!!!! But I don't know if it is a weave or something similar to BKT or what.

I've messaged her but gotten no response yet.

I found out today from a stylist. It's a cocktail of conditioners followed by a blow and ceramic flat ironing. . .sounds like a dominican blowout to me. I'll let you all know if I decide to get it.
