Cellophane Users...

Do you apply the cellophanes yourself? Do you find it difficult to do? If so, give me your best tips for self-applying becasue I will probably purchase a bottle in the next weekend or two.

Also, do you find that applying the cellophanes, help protect your ends?

I think that's all my questions for now.
