IMO, Halle Barry and Eva Pigford are definetly the two women who come to mind first.

Both Bay Bay Bay and Risky from "Real Chance of Love, season 1" looked better with shorter hair as opposed to when they were on "Charm School, season 2."

The girl who played Valerie on "Passions" (the soap opera) looked AMAZING when her hair was super short (on "VIP" with Pamela Anderson).

Jada Pinkett Smith looks good either way.
