Has anyone else used this product? I just used it for the first time and it made my hair hard but strong too, so I followed up with a cheapie conditioner which smoothed it out. I left it on for about 25 minutes while sit under a heat cap.

Is this a protein treatment? Here are the ingredients:

water
corn oil
emulsifiying wax
soy oil
shea butter
cocoa butter
wheat germ oil
apricot kernel oil
fragrance
chamomile
marigolds
lavender
nori and vitamin c
tetradibutyl
pentaerithrity
water
dmdm hydantoin
iodopropynl
butylcrbamate
phenoxyethanol

Well, wheat germ has protein in it but it's not enough (in your product that is) that I would call it a protein treatment. Also, corn oil is low in protein. I wonder why they used soy oil instead of soy protein. *shrugs*

I don't believe that any of those ingredients are proteins, but some of the plants listed there may be plant proteins. Maybe some one here will know whether cocoa or shea butters contain proteins.
