I was in the grocery store last night and I was reading the box, and it says that it has twice the protein of an egg. So I wonder if drinking this daily, along with other healthy hair care practices would help my hair grow a little more...just wondering. Has anyone ever used this before?

Ok I just did some homework and Carnation Instant Breakfast only contains 5 grams of protein per serving. With a glass a milk, it adds up to 13 grams of protein (So their claim is kinda sorta correct). Watch that sugar- With 19 grams of sugar per serving, I think that would kinda hurt your hair (sugar slows down hair growth).
