capsaicin/capsazin for hair

ok, for you guys that add this to your mixes, is this just a different way of saying ceyanne pills or are they truely different? Do you guys get the actual liquid or the powder caplets? If it is the same as ceyanne can't I just throw some from my spice rack in the mix?

I use the capaszin cream found at CVS near the arthritis section and believe me it's the truth. I just started using it again and it grows my hair like wild fire. You MUST be careful not to scratch your scalp as to prevent getting it in your eyes or God forbid handle one of your kiddo's with that stuff on your hands, cause it burns to high heaven.

GnG1, how did you use the capazin? On yr scalp or on yr hair? Like to grow my hair fast as I transition and beyond.
