Capilong didn't work for me. within the two months that I used it, I got about 3/4 inch of new growth. I would have gotten that much anyway. So, now I'm going back to using Doo Gro "purple" grease because it caused me to have growth spurts when I used it before (it has sulphur in it). I've also decided to go natural.... NO MO CHEMICAL PROCESSING AND I MEAN IT!!!!!
I have made tremendous process since last year and as soon as I find a picture from close to last Feb., I will post some pictures. I think I got the most growth over the summer when I followed a modified version of Bargello's regime. Now, I only take liquid protein every once in a while. And I eat lots of peanuts and sunflower seeds....I promise you my hair grows faster from this. Anyway, when I find a good hair care regime to follow (still have to work out some kinks), I will let you know.
