I heard people saying this about it, because of the protein content, but it didn't happen to me so I said, "Aww well." But tonight as I went to moisturize, it made my hair hard.....

I think I need another moisturizer to alternate. One that is pure moisture...
Any suggestions...

Also, I think I need to wash my hair now. I try to go longer without a wash when I touch-up. But it looks like i need to get to washing....

That's the only thing I hate about Cantu products is that they do make your hair extremely hard! I had to go back to my tried and true Elasta Mango butter, it moisturizes, conditions and gives good definition for curls and waves.

You just reminded me that I had that in the bathroom! I stopped using it as a moisturizer and was using it as a gel/pomade.....

When I took off my scarf from last night and felt my hair, it was worse!!!
My hair felt like...a broom, and I was afraid to comb it. I slapped goo-gobs of Silk Touch up in there!!!

I hated the Leave-In cream!

It never soaked in and I had the shampoo that white film out of my hair.

I am now using it on my rough heels in prep for sandal season!

I feel ya! I don't like to waste my money either!!!

I heard so many raves about their leave in though.....Well, as the old saying goes, "What's good for the goose, may not be good for the gander."

I'm taking my PJism slow....
When I use up the prods I have I'm going to keep looking for the best prods for my hair.

I second that!

I tried Surge because of posts, and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the results!

I even got my 75-year old mom hooked on Surge 14 after it filled in her crown area.

It is funny that the things that work best for me are cheap (SCurl, Surge, LeKairc) compared to some of the designer products that I tried.
