Can't upload picture! HELP

I've been trying for two days to upload a current picture and it's not working. Is anyone else having such difficulty? I've uploaded before so I'm sure I'm doing it correctly.

Is the system experiencing problems? Brandi

I`ve been having the same problem. I tried to change my siggy and avatar for 2 days straight. Maybe they disabled that too? erplexed
