Can't upload pics to photo album

Everytime I try to add pics to my photo album it tells me that I don't have sufficient privileges. Help plz!

I have the same problem. I've subscribed for one year but since the changes started to occur in August I haven't had the same level of access that I enjoyed in the past.

I have disabled uploads site wide ladies. I need to run some optimizations first prior to enabling it again.
