Question Can't reply to message

I have a message in my inbox from another member. I have tried to reply numerous times but it doesn't seem to be going through. I also keep getting reeminders via LHCF telling me to read the message even though I have read and replied to it numerous times...

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
