Can't get into my Journal.

I double click on "My Journal" and nothing happens.
Am I doing something wrong? Help would be appreciated, thanks.

When I tried going to my journal from the User CP page I got this message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: globalize() in /home/longhair/public_html/journal.php on line 48
