Cannot find what I am looking for in a search

Hi

I am trying to do a search for APL but nothing comes up. Why is this please? I know there are many threads with APL in the title. Is it the letters are too short?

I think it is too short.

If you go into google enter the search term there then follow it with site:www.longhaircareforum.com

e.g. "APL site:www.longhaircareforum.com" without the quotes, you should get better results but it may not be restricted to the thread title alone

I think that the three letter words/acronyms are too short. That was the case a while back for the search feature, but after one of the previous upgrades, it would search for them and yield results.

I just tried ACV, MTG (both worked, previously) and APL and I received the following message:

1. Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.

Try running a tag search for APL, that works

There is a new LHCF search box on the right top corner that works well. you should find what you are looking for.
