I love simple regimens and I also love the ban of heat!

Hi! Green tea is brilliant, it just makes me feel really energetic and has some of the highest antioxidant properties known. i remember using it last yr when i was takin my vits and my hair was doin quite well. I just basically prefer it to other teas as i'm not having to consume extra sugar

Ohh ahh about that, lol, I totally went against your suggestion to use it every few days. I was so excited about the growth results that I overloaded my scalp and now I'm nursing it back to health. I've been off the la india for almost 2 weeks I got so much growth and thickness so fast that my scalp was on FIYA!!! I am going start using it again in a few days but this time with caution
