Question Cancelling recurring subscription

Wondering how I go about doing this because I do not ever remembering paying for it through paypal. I remember paying by credit card without the paypal system. Is there really no way to cancel through this site?

We actually do not keep any financial information on this site. The only thing we keep is the date you subscribed and add 365 days to that to calculate the date your subscription will end.

When you subscribe for the first time, a recurring transaction is created in Paypal. Cancelling that can be done only from Paypal and in particular your Paypal account.

If you cannot find the information in your Paypal account, please open a ticket (see contact us link) and we will be happy to investigate further from our end.
