Can You Use Elasta QP Mango Butter on Damp Hair?

I'm wondering...can you apply Elasta QP Mango Butter on damp hair? I'm wondering because I'm interested in using this as my moisturizer when I baggy.

BTW - this stuff smells SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO yummy!!!!! I can't stop sniffing my hair!!!
