CAN YOU USE A RINSE OVER HENNA'ED HAIR?

Yes to both questions. I used henna a couple of weeks ago and then put a black rinse over to blend the henna'ed hair with the #1 weave hair. I put in the rinse last week (ended up only wearing the extensions 1 day) and this week I am using my henna/amla powder mix over the rinse. Your hair will be fine. I also think that the henna helped the rinse take better because usually my hair doesn't get completely jet black but as u can see in my "natural hair" album it got completely black. Those pics were taken the same day I put in the rinse.

I did not experience any dryness after doing either. I used the rinse in the brown little bottle with the nozzle applicator on top. I'm sorry I forgot the name.

ONLY if the henna you got was BAQ(body art quality) if you aren't sure, DON'T RISK IT! Henna that's not top quality, if you mix it w/ chemicals, can severly dmg your hair, even melting it. Be very careful!

Ooo, that turned out pretty Den.

Did the rinse take better because of the henna? I can never get a burgundy colored rinse to show up on my dark hair, but your color took beautifully!

Thanks baglady,
I really feel it has taken well due to the henna, which gave me slight reddish underones. my hair is naturally very dark, so I chose a bright pink colour, in adore and left it on for 15minutes under a drier. btw i love your hair in siggy, its grown soo long too. i'm going to look at your album now
