I have seen these terms and it seems some do it different than others. I just want clarification.

There is like mass posts about these. Try doing a board search. I made a post a few days ago where ppl listed what they were using to co-wash. Very helpful. There is a post a few posts down that tell you how to cowash. I would check those out.

"Pre-poo" is applying something to your hair like oil before you shampoo your hair. Some ladies do this to soften up their hair I think.

"CW" or "Cond wash" or "Co-wash" means washing your hair with conditioner.
