Can you do a aphogee hardcore treatment without using heat???

Im sorry I know there is alot of threads about Aphogee, but the search wont work for me, does anyone know?? I have the 6 weeks reconstructure, but I dont want to use heat, how will I then use it?? I remember one link someone pasted and it gave all details on how to use Aphogee hard core

the last time i used this i didn't use heat. i left it on my hair for whatever amount of time was on the package, and then rinsed.

but isnt that the 2min reconstructure?? or can you do that with the 6 weeks...

I don't think it is as effective without heat. The actual heat itself is a very significant part of the process b/c it helps to open the cuticle and you need to the heat to make the product "bond" with your hair, for lack of a better word. HTH
