Can We Talka bout REVELATIONS?

In great detail? I'm reading it...and some of the things/imagery is really too much for me to comprehend.

I just don't understand it. Are all of these things really going to happen, or am I supposed to be finding a different meaning behind them?

And also, for forever I thought that when we died we either went to Heaven or Hell-and that the "end of the world" stuff would happen to the folks on Earth who were living. Clearly I'm wrong-right?

And another thing, the acts in Revelations are not happening within seconds of each other, it's over a long period of time, correct?

This is just sooooo much imformation that I had to ask for help.

Revelations is a deep, deep, deep book. There are sooooo many interpretations and what not. I believe the things that are going to happen....some are happing now! When you look at the situation in the Middle East, how much of a cash less society we are becoming, the single unit of currency in Europe, micro chip already being used in humans, etc. I can't get that deep, cuz I don't study as much as I should...Oh...Israel. There is a man named, Irvin Baxter Jr. who devotes his whole ministry to this subject. He talks about Revelations and Daniel in accordance with current events. He has a show called Politics and Religion.

You should also check out Perry Stone. He is overflowing with knowledge of the word. It is amazing. Everything in Revelations will happen and is already in the works. There is going to be a rapture, when God's children will be removed from this earth. Once we are gone there is going to be "a time like man has never seen". People who decide to accept Christ will be severely persecuted for his name's sake. The anti-christ will show up as a lamb and make the world "seem" to be a beautiful place but he will reveal himself in the short time he has left and all hell will break loose. It is a very deep book and should chill you to the bone because it is going to happen. God's word is his word. Prophecy is what Revelations is all about.

My first love with the Book of Revelation is this scripture...

"...whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely." Rev 22:17.

I was willing and He gave me His water of life...freely and how it continues to flow within my life.

Perry Stone has excellent teachings. I have his video series "Breath of the Holies" Secrets of Moses' Tabernacles. God has given this man a passion for teaching His word. I reccommend his teaching resources.

The Promise of the Book of Revelation:

Yea, when you die, you do not goto heaven or hell YET. WHen everything comes to an end Jesus will come and the dead shall arise first then the people who are still living and finally thats JUDGEMENT.
