I've read up but im still lost

Why do people cut by the moon?
what concrete evidence is there that it is useful?
What is the logic behind it?
What do you think of it?

They talking about people who trim their hair by the moon and claims it grows faster when it's a full moon and what do you think about it. I never followed it but I think its bs. I'm not superstitious at all and would feel silly following but sooner or later I will try it what the heck, but I expect to see nothing different about my hair

haha, I wonder why people think it should work?

I seriously don't know, it sounds foolish, but they have a thread on here about that, sorry I don't have the link, but they were talking bout how crazy it sounds but worth a try and someone talked bout a family member that followed that routine and their hair is long and healthy and still not a believer, I believe she just takes good care of her hair that's all:perplexed

Well I guess some people also do it to have a set routine. Outside of that any proof that is shown is purely circumstantial to me.

Well I've always known that the moon can affect our menstrual cycles. Heres a breaf explanation I found on the net.

Have you ever paid attention to the moon cycle, and the magical relationship it has with your menstrual cycle? The moon cycle has 29.5 days, changing from the waxing new moon of increasing light, to the full moon of total illumination, to the dark waning moon of decreasing light, and back to the waxing new moon of increasing light again.
Month after month, the moon cycle mirrors a woman’s menstrual cycle, which coincidently has an average length of 29.5 days as well. And similar to the moon cycle, a woman’s menstrual cycle changes from the menstruation of new growth, to the ovulation of full power and blossom, to the pre-menstrual phase of harvest and degeneration, and back to menstruation of renewal again.
All life forms have cycles of birth, growth, death, and renewal that are mirrored in the progressive phases of the moon cycle.

Although the effects of the moon are weakened because of the abundance of artificial light.
