Texturizer is permenant, its just something like a milder version of a relaxer (all the ones I know of anyway)

If you texturize your hair or slightly relax it, that just about the same thing as tex-laxing.

You can do a "corrective realxer" at anytime I believe, thats to relax your hair again to get parts you believe are underproccesed more straight.

Okay i was just wondering... can i continue to used an texturizer after 5 months but only on the new growth just like an relaxer?

Yep....

A texturizer is just like a relaxer, so whenever you get newgrowth (after about 8 weeks) you can texturize it (You should probally texturize it for the same amount of time you did last time so the curl pattern is about the same)

Or you can wait longer or "stretch" it and texturize the newgrowth after 12 weeks, 20 weeks ect.

Yeap it is permanent, I am waiting to touch up around new years or Valentines, but my hair is growing lovely, I use a regulay relaxer, I don't like the Texturizers they make my hair very dry!!

Your hair will be just fine!

So the next timew that i need my hair touched up, i can use a mild relaxer instead of an texturizer? I will still have my curls?
