I've used it before and didn't notice much of a difference to my hair...but that also might have been because I wasn't sure what difference I 'should' have been looking for, lol

I've used it.

It certainly didn't do any harm. I didn't get as much slip as I thought I would,but it was okay. Pleasant smelling and didn't tangle my hair or anything.
