Question Can LHCF users submit GIFs they created?

Hello!

I viewed our Smilies and did not see a Countdown GIF. I am currently in the APL 2012 Challenge & BSL 2012 Challenge! And will soon sign up to the BSL 2013 Challenge!

If I create a GIF will LHCF accept it? If Yes, what are the submission requirements? (e.g. GIF size, pixel,file format, colors, any other conditions, etc)

I am thinking of creating 2 GIFs for LHCF:

1. Countdown GIF: to use in LHCF Challenges (or in any creative post). The Countdown GIF would be similar to the bump gif except the sequence could be 10 9 8 7 6 5...or 3 2 1...
2. Tape Measure GIF: I read often of tape measures here in LHCF to measure the hair for length and growth progress. The Tape Measure GIF would be similar to a real tape that unfolds left to right

Many of us could have fun with these new GIFs! Our creativity has no boundaries!
